Protecting recruiting information requires appropriate service controls and careful account use. This page describes account safety and how to report a concern.
Access to recruiting information
The service uses authenticated requests and role, workspace, ownership, or assignment checks for protected recruiting resources. Candidate-facing views are separated from internal recruiting views. Administrators should regularly review membership and remove access when it is no longer needed.
Protect your account
Use a strong, unique password. Never share passwords or one-time verification codes. Sign out on shared devices, keep your browser up to date, and report unexpected account activity. Browser storage clearing is not a substitute for deleting exported candidate files.
Documents and connected accounts
Resume downloads require authorized backend access. Google Calendar connections can be disconnected by the connecting user. Only connect accounts that you are authorized to use and avoid putting unnecessary personal information into interview invitations.
Report a security concern
Email support with the subject “Security report”. Describe the affected feature, the steps you took, and the potential impact. Do not include passwords, tokens, or candidate documents. Stop testing if you encounter someone else’s data and arrange a safe way to share technical details with support. Do not conduct further testing without authorization.
