Candidate applications and employer records

Contact the employer or recruiting organization for applications, interview feedback, and hiring records it maintains. Its records may be subject to retention obligations. If you cannot identify the organization or need help directing a request, contact Maanova Tech support.

How to submit a request

Email support with the subject “Data or account request”. Use the email associated with your account where possible.

• Specify whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, or removal of workspace access.
• Identify the workspace or recruiting organization and the categories of information involved.
• Provide enough context to identify the relevant account or application, without including passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary identity documents.

What happens next

Support may ask for information needed to verify your identity or authority and determine which organization is responsible. The request will be reviewed against the applicable retention and legal requirements. We will explain the handling of information that cannot be deleted immediately. This page does not promise an automatic deletion deadline or a self-service deletion feature.

Disconnecting Google Calendar

Use the Google Calendar connection controls in the interview area to disconnect. You can also remove the app’s access from your Google Account. This removes or revokes the connection credentials, but does not automatically delete ATS applications, interview records, or calendar events already created. Ask support or the recruiting organization about those records separately.

Signing out and clearing storage

Signing out or clearing browser storage removes local session information or preferences. It does not delete server-held recruiting information. Deactivating workspace membership also does not necessarily delete the organization’s recruiting records.
