Maanova Tech ATS uses cookies and browser storage to support sign-in and remember interface preferences. This page describes the storage used by the current application.
Authentication cookies
The backend can use an access_token cookie to authenticate requests. The cookie is configured as HTTP-only so page scripts cannot read it. Its settings and lifetime depend on the service configuration and session policy. Blocking necessary authentication cookies may prevent sign-in or connected features from working.
Session storage
The current authentication flow also uses browser session storage for the session token, current user identity, and role. This supports authenticated requests and role-appropriate navigation. Signing out clears the app’s stored authentication details.
Local preferences
Local storage remembers the sidebar collapsed preference under ats-sidebar-collapsed. This preference does not contain candidate records or recruiting documents. Other features or deployments may introduce additional storage; this policy should be updated when those features are enabled.
External services
Connecting Google Calendar or visiting an external provider can involve that provider’s cookies and storage, governed by its policies. This application does not currently include an advertising tracker or an optional analytics cookie consent system.
Managing browser storage
Your browser settings let you inspect, block, or clear cookies and site storage. Clearing storage can sign you out or reset interface preferences. It does not delete information held by the recruiting organization or service; use the deletion-request process for that information.
